lovinoAnnouncement
Same team. Same product. Same account. We renamed LensGo.ai to Lovino.ai in 2026 — here's exactly what that means for you.
Yes, if you used LensGo.ai in 2026. That site was ours, and it was renamed Lovino.ai in August 2026. It's the same team, the same product, and the same accounts — only the name and the look changed. Lovino is not the earlier LensGo style-transfer app (2023 to 2025) and is not connected to look-alike sites such as lensgoai.io.
Nothing changes. Your account, credit balance, active subscription, generated library, and pricing all carried over exactly as they were under LensGo. There is nothing for you to redo, re-verify, or repurchase.
Lovino now lives at lovino.ai. Any existing lensgo.ai link — bookmarks, shared pages, old emails — will keep redirecting to the matching page on lovino.ai, so nothing you've saved or shared breaks.
Browser sessions are tied to the domain that created them, so moving from lensgo.ai to lovino.ai means you'll need to sign in once on the new domain. That's a normal, expected part of the domain change — not a sign anything is wrong with your account.
This announcement is genuine, but a rename is exactly the moment scammers try to exploit. The only official domain is lovino.ai, and we will never ask for your password by email. If a message asks you to enter your password anywhere else, don't — and forward it to support@lovino.ai.
Email support@lovino.ai. It's the same support team that ran LensGo, so you don't need to explain the history — just ask.
