Content policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Lovino does not allow sexual or explicit content, or using a real person's face without their consent. This page explains what is not allowed and how we enforce it.
1. What Lovino is for
Lovino is an AI image and video creation tool. People use it to make product photos, ads, social posts, travel and portrait images, and short videos from text prompts and their own photos.
2. What you may not create
You may not use Lovino to create, upload or share:
- Sexual, nude or sexually explicit images or videos of anyone
- Intimate or sexual imagery of a real person made without their consent, including "undressing", face-swapped or otherwise manipulated images
- Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, real or fictional
- Content that impersonates, harasses, threatens or humiliates a real person
- Deepfakes or other content intended to deceive people about what a real person said or did
- Content that is illegal where you live or where it is shared
3. Faces and likeness
Features that use a photo of a face are for your own face, or the face of someone who has clearly agreed to it. You may not upload another person's photo without their permission. Photos of children (anyone under 16) are only allowed together with their parent or guardian, for example a family photo, and only when that parent or guardian uploads it. Photos that show only children may be blocked. For features with two people (such as Duo Travel), both people must agree.
4. How we enforce this
- Prompts and images used for generation are screened automatically, and generated images are checked too. Requests that break these rules are blocked where our checks catch them; if credits were already taken for a blocked request, they are refunded.
- Accounts that repeatedly trigger our safety checks or break these rules may be suspended or banned. Serious violations, such as anything sexual involving minors, may lead to an immediate ban.
- We review reports and remove content that breaks this policy. We may report illegal content, in particular child sexual abuse material, to the relevant authorities, and we cooperate with lawful requests.
- No automated system catches everything. You remain responsible for everything you create, upload and share with Lovino.
5. Report content
If you see content made with Lovino that breaks this policy, or that shows you without your consent, email [email protected] with a link or description. You can also follow the steps under "Report an image of you" in our Copyright policy. We act on reports as quickly as we can.
This policy restates rules from our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they differ, the Terms of Service apply.
