Copyright policy

Lovino.ai generates images and videos with third-party AI models in response to our users' requests.

• We do not crawl the web to collect images. Product import only fetches a page that a user asks us to import.
• We do not train or fine-tune AI models on our users' prompts, uploads or results, or on third-party images, without consent.
• Our Terms of Service forbid users from creating or uploading content that infringes anyone's copyright or rights in their likeness.

If you believe content on lovino.ai or lensgo.ai infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

1. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed (a description, or a link to it).
2. The exact URL(s) on our site where the infringing content appears, so we can find it.
3. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice promptly and remove or disable access to infringing content. A notice that does not identify the content on our site (point 2) cannot be acted on until it does.

If content on our site shows you without your permission — including an AI-generated image made to look like you — email [email protected] with the URL(s) and, if you are acting for someone else, proof that you may act for them. We remove such content where it is unlawful or breaches our Terms.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with:

1. The content that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the content unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

We suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' rights, in appropriate circumstances.
